Cancellation And Refund Policy:
The terms
and conditions may specify the procedure for
cancelling enrollment, any applicable refund
policies, and any penalties or deductions
that may apply.
For Purchases Of Digital and physical
Products Inside The App/Web (Live Batches/
Online Classroom Programmes, Test Series,
Training Courses, Tests, Classes, Sessions,
Materials, Or Anything Accessible Inside The
App/Web), Refunds Shall Be Claimed Or Will
Be Entertained in some special
circumstances.
The firm Provides These Terms So That You
Are Aware Of The Terms That Apply To Your
Use Of The Website/Application And Services.
You Acknowledge That, The Firm Has Given You
A Reasonable Opportunity To Review These
Terms And That You Have Agreed To Them.The
cancellation policy outlines the conditions
under which a client can cancel their
coaching program or session. It typically
includes details such as the notice period
required for cancellation and any associated
fees or penalties.
Common cancellation
policies include:
If a student wants to cancel his/her
enrollment for any reason, he/she must
submit a cancellation request within 24
hours of admission. In that case, 70 - 80%
amount will be allowed to refund. After 24
hours under any circumstances, the fee
deposited by the candidate will not be
refunded or transferred. However, in some
cases, the student can change the courses.
In such cases, SHAPE IAS will deduct
administrative charges (Minimum 25% of the
total payment), and put the remaining money
as retained money. Retained money can be
used only for new courses. Such cases shall
be approved by SHAPE IAS.
No refund will be allowed if the student
demands the same after the expiration of the
scheduled period/date of classes/tests
without attending classes/tests.
Registration Fee will not be refundable in
any case.
All disputes/legal claims are subject to
Delhi Jurisdiction only.
In case you feel that the product received
is not as shown on the site or as per your
expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within 24
hours of receiving the product. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your
complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund would proceed only in case you have
made payment more than once for the same
item. In case of SHAPE IAS receives extra
payments for any course by any means, after
receiving proof of such claims, SHAPE IAS
will try to refund the extra charges within
10 days. For any bank-related formalities
during the payment process, SHAPE IAS has no
liability to pay for any damages which
resulted solely due to bank processing or
negligence from the side of the student.
Students are advised to take up such matters
directly with the bank and may proceed to
consumer forums if not satisfied. SHAPE IAS
will try to help the students in such
matters.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases where
unforeseen circumstances arise, such as
emergencies, SHAPE IAS may offer a refund or
rescheduling options as a gesture of
goodwill.
